A truly custom modern farmhouse boasting over 3,200 sqft. including a master ensuite, formal dining room, breakfast nook, butler’s pantry, covered porches and two fireplaces to name a few.  

Execution

Partnering with our clients pre-land acquisition, assisting in blueprint & finish selections this is a home that we are delighted with.  Our favorite exterior aspects include the detailed trim work and wood soffits on porches.  In the interior our favorites consist of the kitchen design, tile ascents, & dog washing station.
