One of 250 homes in the Ford Homes Historic District, this gem was left vacant for nearly 7 years.  It was our task to save what we could, and rebuild the rest.

Execution

The framing members, roof & foundation of this home were intact, but that was about it.  With a near new build, we were able to restore a piece of history and create something completely new.  During the rebuild a few walls were removed to allow for an open concept first floor.  Utilizing the creativity and experience of our team, we redesigned the finishes with a sense of elegance and early 20th century trim.
