For this ground-up spec Wesburn Villas condo in a primarily retirement community we created an open concept transitional environment.
Execution
Material-wise we mixed the old with new utilizing 2 ¼” wide dark oak flooring in the foyer & kitchen coupled with Chiffon Painted Cabinets, while installing low-maintenance Mannington Luxury Vinyl in the bath & laundry rooms. Included throughout all the main living areas is crown molding with a hint of traditionalism via wainscoting in the foyer & one of my personal favorites, Fantasy Brown Granite in the kitchen.
Result
Once on the market this condo sold within 14 days receiving multiple offers. The buyer was floored to have found their new home. The buyer told me they had been praying about where to move for months, and after the first time they saw this ranch on a Friday late afternoon they put a deposit down.
